Please call us to ensure your order is ready before visiting. Approx 10 days production time for most styles, although styles 1 and 6 can be produced quicker.

European & Worldwide Delivery - no longer available

Unfortunately due to unpredictability of delivery services we no longer send plates abroad. Please use a forwarding agent within the UK to forward plates to you, or call us if you have a high value order which may be worth sending via courier.

Non arrival of goods:

If your goods have not arrived within the timescale set out above please contact us.

Damaged goods:

We will replace any goods damaged in transit. If you receive goods that are damaged please send us an email with photos, we cannot refund or replace an item without photographic evidence.

Late delivery:

We cannot guarantee the time-scales above nor be held responsible for postal delays by any of the carriers we use. Lost items are not deemed lost by couriers until 14 days after posting and we cannot chase or investigate the status of an order until it is actually late (i.e. the delivery time scale you opted for has elapsed). We get many requests to produce plates quicker than we are able to do so, unfortunately we cannot expedite every order and we cannot be held responsible for failing to meet time-scales which we did not agree to.

Cancellations & refunds:

We are not liable to refund or cancel a transaction once your plates have been produced because it is a bespoke product. As such our products do not fall under the distance selling regulations, see our returns page for more information.
